Jenni is now talking about hating Jionni on the phone with Roger, who is coming to visit next week. Hey, what a coincidence, Jionni is also coming to Italy next week. What are the odds? There’s more talk among the roommates about how unhappy Snooki is with Jionni. They all want her to break up with him. Jenni downs another milkshake at the same restaurant from earlier, and then goes and throws up a couple of times after. Seriously, what other explanation is there for how she’s so freakishly skinny despite putting down 2 milkshakes per day? She has the same diet as Janelle from 16 & Pregnant yet is like a third her size. It makes no sense.
The girls decide to talk to Snooki. I feel like we see this girls intervention way too often (as are most things on this show). Jersey Shore is basically like Mad Libs now. Three girls corner the one unhappy girl: “(insert girl’s name), you deserve so much better. You’re so unhappy. (Insert guy’s name) is such a (insert derogatory noun), but we’re here for you, (insert girl’s name). Roommates forever!” I have a little Mad Lib of my own: “Why am I watching this (insert negative adjective) show that does the exact same storylines every week, when I could be watching this (insert positive adjective) Packers/Saints game, instead of having to be that (insert noun for stupid person) who DVR’s a live football game and goes on media blackout until he watches it the next day?”
Something really weird then happens. Ron comes in the room to share his feelings on why he doesn’t like Jionni. “He’d being a d**k. You don’t deserve that if you wanna know the truth.” The weird thing was his lips were moving, but they clearly only moved for like 4 or 5 words. The audio was superimposed over the scene. Seriously, go back and watch it to see what I’m talking about. It wasn’t even close. It is unbelievable how horrible this looked. Ron might as well have been a cartoon character moving his lips with a voice track being played over it. Only problem was his lips stopped moving like 4 or 5 words too early. My guess is they took something Ron said about Mike earlier in the season, and superimposed it in this scene to make it seem like Ron had a problem with Jionni to build some drama for next week. He 100% did not say that about Jionni (or at least not when he was talking to Snooki in this scene). This is at least the third straight week I’ve busted the producers for lazy editing. Either I have a very watchful eye or they are just terrible at their jobs.
My DVR cut off a few seconds early, but they were walking down the steps of their apartment with Snooki defending Jionni to Ron and Jenni. Can’t imagine anything relevant happened in the 10 seconds I’m sure I missed. So with that, I’m done for another week. Cya next Friday.

good stuff….but 2 things tho. its Elis (one “L”), and i believe they have their suitcases because thats what they use to carry their laundry to the laundromat.
watchful eye missed some details…Deena didn’t give Pauly a haircut, just a new style (and did you see how weird his hair looked before she put any crap in it? so weird, like old man weird), and there was a hickey on Elis’ neck, not on his lip.
but loved the mad libs! hahaha
